Our models are designed to provide physicians and hospitals flexible options for complete turn-key sleep center development, accreditation, management services and patient therapy compliance. Because every client and market is different we offer several comprehensive business models to best serve your specific needs. We guide the entire process starting with proforma and financial analysis, patient volume validation and aid with legal structure or syndication needs. We manage all of the complexities of starting up and developing your sleep center so you can stay focused on your business. Whether you are someone looking to start-up a sleep program or one wishing to change your existing infrastructure, we provide a process that promotes a smooth development and integration of a sleep program that maximizes profits while providing the most clinically effective program possible.

Physician Ownership Management Fee Model – We develop the sleep center to be 100% owned by the physician practice or group. You own 100% of the testing facility, fixtures, furniture, equipment employees and profits. We provide for full management of the sleep center or we can offer specific management services as you need. The sleep center is operated as an extension of practice or as an independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF) with multiple physicians invested individually as an LLC.

Physician Partnership Free-Standing Center Model – Physicians develop a sleep center as a free-standing, independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF). Ownership is based on the level of investment by physicians, Ascent Advisors, LLC or any other investor into the LLC. Management services are provided in full.

Hospital Ownership Leased Services Model – We develop the sleep center to be 100% hospital owned as an ancillary service either in-house or as a satellite facility off campus. This is your sleep program. We provide for full management of the sleep center with a patient compliance program or we can offer specific management services as you need.
